I've migrated here via a link from another site! This site looks great and I'm excited to read more. I've recently lost 33# and joined the gym to begin to tone. I hope to lose 20# more and have not lost an ounce since joining the gym... but I have not gained either! I notice a difference in my clothes but not on the scales. I need to avoid the scales, I know but I am all about positive reinforcement and immediate gratification
The Boss advised me to increase my calories and I did, even though it was frightening to do so
I'm keeping the faith, eating clean and working my butt off at the gym. Hoping to see more positive changes in the coming weeks and months. Thank you!!!!
