INCREASE THE SMALLEST LOADING, WHATEVER IT IS YOU CAN

kgs, pds it doesn't matter...ideally you want some 1pd plates and increase 1pd each workout, ecspecially when you start to reach your ceiling which is what i do most of the time

There are many ways you can change up your exercises

- Like suggested, increasing weights by small amount, but not everyone has a ton of weights to use
- Increasing amounts of reps per set
- Increasing amount of sets (
- Increasing frequency of exercise, for example, if you did it once a week, do it twice a week
- Increasing rest periods, for example, week 1 60 seconds rest, week 2 55 seconds rest, week 3 50 seconds rest, and so on

Recent article by Chad Waterbury - Click Here this goes into more depth about my suggestions
"Whatever comes our way, whatever battle we have raging inside us, we always have a choice. It's the choices that make us who we are, and we can always choose to do what's right." - Peter Parker

i haven't read the CW article as yet but it's in my 100 page file of "to read..." so i'll get to it soon hopefully

either way, initially i think simply increasing wt and / or reps per set is the way to go...i have not yet reached a workout where i couldn;t increase the wt from the previous session or get 1 more rep than last session with the same wt yet so you should be able to do so too

trying to do all at once requires a fair bit if planning to do it properly
