I want to bulk, I am 6'1 192lbs with a mild mild tone. I go monday, wed and fridays but my workouts vary. I try to do chest and back on one day, than shoulders and arms on the next, and so on. The main exercises I do are
Chest : Dumb bells flat/incline/decline
Back: Row Variations, Wide arm pull ups(not sure the exact phrase)
Shoulders: Dumb bell press(military style), clean and press, shrugs
Arms: Chin Ups, Reverse Curls, Curls,
Legs: Squats, (Also in karate which works mostly legs)
