I have a cutting question guys

Postby AHB900 on Tue Dec 11, 2007 6:41 am

Hey guys, i have a quick question. Lets say after im done bulking and im starting to cut, i will be starting to eat healiter and doing cardio and all that good stuff. When i workout hard while cutting and doing cardio would i atleast be turning some of the fat i have into muscle at the same time as loosing fat? Or is it impossible to turn fat to muscle? i remember reading this somewhere (that its impossible to turn fat to muscle).

Thanks

Fat is fat and muscle is muscle....so yes..thats impossile. You can loose fat while increasing muscle mass though...is that what you mean?

I think it is just used as energy storage or whatever, so if you have say a 2500 caloric maintenance a day, and you only eat 2200 calories that day 300 of the calories stored in your fat will be used.

The biggest difference between a "cutting" and a "bulking" cycle should be total calories, and some difference in macronutrient ratios.

Well yes some bodybuilders do that, or make their own stacks at home, but I don't think ECA's are that good.

Ephedrine is rubbish like most Fat Burners.

Aspirin thins the Blood which may help with people who have high Blood pressure or Hypertension.

Cafeeine of course is a Heart stimulant, so the fact you're using it with Aspirin, that also manipulates Blood flow, could be a slightly contencious issue.

takin in "small cycles" is effective, as you body does get used to it quikly .... good to use in between other product's, say when yu're takin a break from another product may-be!?! or just before a cardio session....

Maybe for weightlifting, but before CArdio, whenyou've got two potetial Heart stmulants, and you're going to potentially raise and maintain BPM above that of conrtolled weightlifting, allowing for the fact in a lot of cases, long-ish set breaks in weightlifting, start to reduce BPM, so the average BPM, for about 45-50 minutes Weightlifting, shouldn't be quite as high as say for 30 minues solid interval, with no breaks.

I personally wouldn't trust a Fat Burner, and a Caffeine stimulant, to be good for my Heart, if I was on an Exercise Bike, that's all I'm saying, and most people who use ECA's, are pretty big or huge lifters, who probably do very little Cardio, and may do Cardio on non-weightlifting days, and not take it then.

Not that I can say that for certain, as I'm not 190lbs and planning on using an ECA.

I'd be interested to know why necessarily it works for depression :).

I mean thinner blood from Aspirin, wouldn't reduce psychological effects I wouldn't have thought, as depression is a mental thing, I don't see a connection to depression with blood pressure, Hypertention or anything like that.

Same with Caffeine. It's a mild Heart stimulant as you know, but even if it gets you a bit wired, or gives you more focus, I still don't see an obvious link with depression.

So that just leaves the Fat Burner, but that just increases Heart rate, potentially depletes Water faster, and "may" burn Calories, so the only link I can see there, would be reduced depression from weight loss, but the diet and exercise regime would see to that. I doubt the Ephedrine would do squat to help you lose even 0.5lb.

Not trying to criticise, just genuinely curious about your statement, as it's not something I've heard before, to my recollection :).

sorry... i did not say it work's for depression
what i meant is that if you have suffered from depression are anxiety this "stack" will have a negative effect on you mentally after the caffeinne are ephedrine has taken affect and you get "the come down" people feel more agitated are get heightend anxiety...specially when you first try this stack

My mistake. I thought you implied people with depression, should start on small doses to get used to it, like you possibly would with some kind of Med.

I get you now :).
