So my son...thats on the swim team...has a special family meet thursday. He asked me to race with him. Oh my!
How crazy is that.

So my question....Wednesday is lifting and I am supposed to increase weights, and Thursday is GPP (which kicks my butt).
I almost think it would be best to not do the GPP thursday....well, because I am always beat afterward.

Any suggestions!...I dont want to skip a day all together.

What kind of race is it?

I mean distance, duration?

Thats funny, I didnt even ask, I just said yes......a month ago...there is no way I would have. And I am not by any means saying I'm ready to go show myself off to the world in my swim suit...because the fact is Im not..on the outside.
But ya know...I am happy with myself, and the progress that I'm making. And I have found that being happy with myself allows me to do a lot of things I wouldn't have done last month.
I know he said I would be swimming fly and free and he would do breast and back.....like I said I didnt ask the length...but with it reing relay.....I couldn't imagine it being more that 200 meters each.
Then again I've never heard of anything like this event before. I will find more out tonight.

You'll have a blast and your kid is gonna love it!
Don't get water up your nose, I hate it when that happens.

HAHA...Wish I would have read that before we left!...oh my it burns.........We did have a blast...it was all wacky stuff....for instance ...free---the winner was the team that could keep the most plastic apples on the kickboard on the back. Hilarious.

You all have a great night!
