When I first started, I did 5mins walk to warm up, then run 1 min (FAST) 2mins (Slow) – to rest until my heart beat slows down… Then fast/ slow again.
I did that about 15-20mins. Then I jogged the last 5mins to cool down.
Now... I do 1min run/ 1 min walk... and it still kicks my butt... but i feel good after doing it![]()
Maybe you should consider doing weights too!
As for your diet… Maybe if you wrote down what you eat… people in here can help you better![]()
