I recently lost 45 pounds and am about 1/2 way to my total goal of 85 pounds. I am facing some challenges, the first being that at time (rather lack of it) I work full time and am raising a 5 year old little girl with my husband of 9 years. I have some health issues, such as hypothyroid and moderate to severe sciatic nerve damage. I am looking for ways to become better, and stronger and hope that I can find what I need to succeed here.
