Stomach - Abs

Postby gaz1988 on Mon Apr 06, 2009 10:22 pm

Since i joined this site have have improved my diet so much its unreal i am now seeing some serious changes to my weight and my energy lvls are much higher. My shoulders have gone a lot broader and my arms have gone bigger. The only thing that seems the same is my stomach - abs area. The only thing that's in my gym is a ab crunch machine but i don t like using that as it hurts my back so i tend to do normal sit ups with and without medicine ball 2-3x a week. Do i just carry on doing the same thing and just be patient or do i change something, or is there other maneuvers that i could try.

Thanks :D

Patient my friend. :D

What I’ve been reading… We cannot “reduce spots” something like that… With clean diet and exercise…
You’ll lose the body fat and then…. It will show.

I was reading this from the other forum and I like this quote “abs are made in the kitchen not the gym” – So EAT clean

But if you want to do some ab exercises… try reverse crunches, hanging leg raises, ball crunches, planks… something along that line instead of just sit ups.

i second that, you really dont need to be doing tons of ab excersises, put that focus into your diet.
