I'm going to use that workout from Boss all this week. I will update on my progress. I recently stopped fitting in my pants. I'm desperate for support and answers. Never tried palates but I did do yoga often in the morning because it made me feel good afterward. Its nice for a mental boost. I need to get a ruler for my measurements. I will start tomorrow.

Just make sure you keep calories in check. If you're not eating enough of the right stuff, you will struggle to get healthy results.

You look great by the way, so I'm sure when you do eventually lose the weight you want, you are really going to feel like a totally new person and deservedly so :) .
