Body fat test.

How can i check my body fat %? I know you can use skin calipers and also other electronic equipment. But which is the easiest and most accurate way i could check this, and which is the best time to check first thing in the morning or last thing at night?

I just got my bodyfat measured last week by a personal trainer at the gym that I go to. I was very disappointed at my bodyfat % tho… ohwell more motivation to work harder!

He used a caliper on me… A good time to do it is before a workout…. That’s what the PT told me. I would assume in the morning would be best. I did it in the afternoon after work and the % may have gone up a bit... again, that's what the PT told me.

My scale also has a bodyfat % but I don’t feel like it’s as accurate as a caliper. A digital caliper might be more pricy than a regular caliper itself... but it would be easier.

I am considering buying a digital one myself so I can use it in the morning same time I can weight myself too!

. Iv never checked my body fat% before im just curious what it actually is plus iv started having cla so i would like to know if that stuff is worth the money obviously it aint gonna happen overnight but you know what i mean

i dont really like the idea of somebody else doing it i would rather do it in the comfort of my own home

You don t wanna be buying that one to check your body fat haha! That is a measuring tool for work, i have one of those in my tool box lol.

Anyways... I changed my mind.. I'm not getting a body fat caliper any time soon.
I just got my body fat check from another PT and the % was not so bad.. beside.. it was FREE.
Maybe I'll get it later.... And... I won't get the one for tools
