Amazing

Postby Dalton85 on Fri Oct 12, 2007 7:15 pm

Vernon Davis gained close to 45 pounds over 4 years in college.

That seems amazing if he did it naturally.

He said he went from 220 to 265 in 4 years.

I hope i can do that

Possible. Depends on genetics, and methods / diet and other factors.

Even if it didn't happen for you, would 5-6 years to gain the same, be so bad anyway?

to put 1 inch on your arms (bi/tri measurement) you need at least a 10pd increase in total bodyweight but you can put wt on with light wt if you eat enough...bodybuilders don;t really lift super heavy most od the time but they use a very high vol (certain compounds help this) and different intesifiers such as drop sets to cause a lot of muscle damage then they eat a **** load to re build the damaged muscle back up which if done properly should rtebuild bigger each time you do it and over time your huge

so the wt doesn't matter that much in that regard but you should always be looking to get stronger increasing the wt lifted) before getting bigger...i can deadlift 130kgs but i'm only 74kgs...your probably bigger than me but can;t lift any where near thatx...make sense???

Dalton, just search for a metric conversion calculator on the web. It's a shame that fancy school doesn't think to teach metric.
I'll give you a hint: the answer is not FRANCE! LOL
just bugging

1pd = .45 of a kg so 170pds is 76.5kgs
